Common questions
Is sealcoating worth it on an older driveway?
If the driveway is structurally sound, with no widespread alligatoring or base failure, then absolutely. Filling the cracks and sealing can add years of life. If it's past that point, we'll tell you straight and talk resurfacing instead.
How long before we can park on it?
Walk on it in 4–6 hours, drive on it in 24–48 depending on weather. We'll time the job so the wait lands as painlessly as possible.
