Open 7 days · Mon–Fri 8am–8pm · Sat 8am–5pm · Sun 11am–5pm Based in North Little Rock, serving all of Arkansas · (870) 413-3224
Do you really serve the whole state of Arkansas?

Yes. We're based in North Little Rock and run crews to every corner of the state, plus the Delta communities just across the river. For bigger jobs like full lots, private roads and long drives, distance is never the issue; for smaller jobs we group nearby work so your price stays fair.

Are estimates actually free?

Completely. We come out, walk the site, measure, and hand you a straight written number. No fee, no pressure, and no mystery line items when the work starts.

How much does asphalt paving cost?

Honest answer: it depends on area, thickness, base condition and access. A 400 sq ft pull-in and a half-mile ranch drive are different animals. That's why we bid in person, free. What stays constant is that the number we give is the number you pay.

Hot mix or millings: which should I choose?

Hot-mix asphalt is the premium surface: jet black, smooth, longest life. Recycled millings cost a fraction of that and make a fantastic surface for long rural drives, farm lanes and overflow parking. We install both, so you'll get an honest comparison instead of a sales pitch.

How long does a paving job take?

Most residential driveways: one to two days. Sealcoating: usually one day plus cure time. Parking lots: a few days, phased so you stay open. We give you the schedule in the bid and we keep it.

When can I drive on new asphalt?

Give hot mix 24–48 hours before normal traffic, and baby it for the first summer: no sharp wheel-turns in place, no trailer jacks without a board under them. Sealcoat needs 24–48 hours depending on weather.

What time of year can you pave?

In Arkansas, roughly March through November for hot mix, since the mix needs warm enough ground to compact properly. Millings, repairs and striping can run nearly year-round. Sealcoating wants warm, dry days.

Do I need to be home during the work?

Only for the walk-through at the start if you can. Most customers go about their day; we call when we're wrapping up so you can see the finished surface while the crew's still on site.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial work across Arkansas. Documentation available with your bid on request.

Why do asphalt bids vary so much between companies?

Because bids can be built on very different specs. Thickness, base prep and compaction are hard to see on day one, so we put all three in writing on every bid. You know exactly what you're buying, and you can compare bids like for like.
